General Terms

Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account with elon, a member must be a resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age. Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts may be closed and the balances forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect information may delay account verification or result in account suspension. elon may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time, including a copy of a national identity card or passport.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

After registration, members must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests may remain on hold if the required documents are not submitted. elon is committed to keeping members' personal information secure.

Age Restrictions

All casino and betting activities on elon Casino are available only to persons aged 21 or above. elon takes appropriate measures to prevent underage gambling.

If there is any doubt about a member's age, elon reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and request proof of age. If the member is found to be under 21, the account will be closed and any related transactions will be considered void.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Other Bonuses

elon offers a weekly reload bonus, slots festival bonus, weekend cricket bonus, birthday reward, and referral bonus. Each bonus has specific wagering conditions listed on the bonus details page. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is suspected — including claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, coordinating with third parties, or using strategies to wager bonuses at low risk — elon reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

5.4 Promotion Terms

Every promotion or offer has a specific validity period. Bonuses not claimed within the specified time will be forfeited. elon reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion, though this will not affect bonuses already issued.

Game Rules

6.1 Fair Play

If a member notices unauthorised account access or suspicious activity, they must notify the elon support team immediately. If a third party accesses the account and the member fails to notify support in time, elon will not be held responsible.

elon uses SSL encryption technology to keep all member data secure. However, ensuring the security of personal devices and networks is the member's own responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating more than one account
• Using a false identity or fake documents
• Attempting to hack, crack, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software
• Playing using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Attempting to claim bonuses or winnings through collusion with third parties
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Playing on behalf of other members or accessing their accounts
• Misconduct or harassment towards elon staff
